YIN YOGA & SINGING BOWLS
Yin yoga is a slow, soothing form of yoga in which the body postures – asanas – are held for an extended period of time. These postures are aimed at strengthening and loosening your connective tissue and your joints. During the exercises, it is important to focus on your breath and to release the muscle tension. Because the postures are held for several minutes, you have the opportunity to go deeper inside and observe what you are experiencing in the present moment.
At the same time, the healing sounds of the singing bowls provide a deeper energetic experience of inner peace and awareness (insight/renewal).
With the guidance of your teachers, Lisa Samateh and Frank Klank, you may surrender to the vibrations moving forward and the energy flowing through you.
Your physical body and your emotional and mental layers come together in harmony.
An intensive and at the same time relaxing workshop to experience more balance in body, mind and heart.
This workshop is for anyone looking for relaxation and alignment of the physical and emotional body.
Do you feel like being carried away by the healing effects of Yin Yoga, combined with the deepening effects of the singing bowls? Then this workshop is ment for you.
FRANK ‘KLANK’ MANNENS
Sometimes people call me a ´singing bowl artist´. I offer singing bowls meditations with focus on inner peace and silence.
Besides the meditations I cooperate with yoga teachers and other musicians.
Yoga has been a big part of my life for many years, and since I went to India in order to do my teacher training, it has become a lifestyle that I love to share with others. Coming home to yourself… That’s what my yoga classes are all about: giving people the space to focus inward, expand their awareness and be in the here and now.
