Saturday, April 1, The Meditatie Tuin opens its doors!

Join us for a dose of tranquility or just liveliness, from silence meditation to workshop.
Registration is not necessary and there is as much room as people can fit.

If you want to join us for lunch, we ask a donation of 5 euros.

WHAT WE ARE GOING TO DO
10.00 – 11.00 Opening with Chloë Monteiro

11.00 – 11.45 Morning Mantra singing with Francesca Pichel
Guided by Francesca, we will begin the open day in relaxation and sound. Get carried away on the flow of mantras and the healing effect of the voices coming together.

12.00 – 12.45
Sound and meditation & walk with Frank Sound and Roos

After the mantra chanting, we return to ourselves for a moment during a meditation accompanied by singing bowls. After the meditation Roos will take you for a walk through the beautiful Amstelpark (weather permitting).

13.00 – 14.30 Lunch break
Join us for lunch! We serve soup with bread for a contribution of 5 euros. Please register in advance at

14.30 – 15.15 Intro to Tantra with Mirjam Maela
Do you long for more freedom in your life? Do you want to live from authenticity, openness and connection? During this short but profound introductory workshop you can experience a glimpse of yourself as a relaxed open person; you will experience the relief of letting go of control.

15.15 – 15.45 Tea break

15.45 – 17.00 Sound Journey with Christel & Gijs
Let yourself be carried away into the depths during this experience, where Gijs and Christel take you on a journey with the drums and other sound instruments….

During the day it is also possible to have an introductory session (about 20 min) with one of our therapists.

PRACTICAL: Yoga mats, meditation cushions and blankets are available in the studio.
